At Efashionbazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your
purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be
eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original
packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will
be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original
payment method.
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Gift cards
Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, earrings)
Sale or clearance items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item,
contact us at support@efashionbazaar.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is
defective or an error occurred on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
